The Role


We are looking for an organised and dedicated DEI and Data Management Professional who will be responsible for Talent and Resource Management within the Customer Quality function of one of the largest automotive manufacturers in the world.

Build your knowledge, experience and professional network by joining Nissan's Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) family, where you will be working to support a team of over 200 employees spread across 4 continents in the effective development and delivery of the TCS DEI Strategy as well as supporting the Headcount and Budget Management across the department.


In this role, you will be required to work cross functionally to develop and coordinate talent, DEI and STEM initiatives and manage resource, onboarding and internal facilitation.

The position also requires you to work with TCS colleagues globally to ensure commonisation of processes.

You will also be involved in supporting budget and headcount reporting and convergence of processes and action plans across the TCS AMIEO (Africa, Middle East, India, Europe, Oceania) regions.

Data analysis experience would be an advantage.


You will be expected to remain flexible in your responsibilities to keep up with ever changing demands of the team, and to support priority requests from the executive leaders.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
Development of DEI Strategy
Co-ordination of STEM activities on-site and externally, in school, universities and other venues
Data Management to ensure delivery of key Headcount and Budget milestones
HR & Finance liaison and system support
