    Your role is to drive revenue selling to English primary, secondary, and multi-academy trusts.

    To enable this, you will receive a regular flow of inbound leads through our go-to-market channels but we also expect you to prospect daily to engage the wider schools market and ensure we continue to expand our support to as many students as possible.

    About Third Space Learning Our mission is to close the attainment gap by ensuring every student is able to access great quality tutoring to help them succeed in, and love, their learning.

    Tutoring is one of the most effective ways to improve a student's attainment and confidence but for too long, tutoring has been the preserve of a fortunate minority due to access and cost.

    AI tutoring transforms access and cost - allowing infinitely scalable high-quality education for all.

    Third Space Learning works in partnership with schools to provide curriculum-aligned programs of one-to-one spoken AI maths tutoring to the students who need it most - significantly reducing the cost of providing tutoring by up to 95% - whilst increasing access to all students who require support.

    We are one of the first movers in the AI tutoring market and are building the most evidenced AI tutoring solution that will change students' lives.

    The scale of the problem we seek to solve is significant; there are 11 million disadvantaged students in the US, 1.7 million disadvantaged students in the UK, and hundreds of millions more in global markets.

    Responsibilities Taking full ownership of your pipeline, managing the end-to-end sales cycleExceeding activity, prospecting, conversion, and revenue goalsDeveloping the sales pipeline in order to acquire new customersImproving our key metrics; pitch to rate, conversion rate, average sale value, average contract lengthMaintaining a tight feedback loop with the wider team, actively suggesting product improvements to strengthen our market positionEnsuring meticulous usage of our key tools.

    Currently the TSL platform, Salesforce (CRM), Reply (sales automation tool), Aircall, Google Sheets, Gmail, ZoomDeveloping and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within your territoryBecoming an authority on Third Space LearningGaining an in depth knowledge of the sector and competitionProfessionally representing Third Space Learning to its customer baseAttending national events to drive leads generation and boost brand visibilityAs we grow, delivering training and helping to onboard new members of the teamQualifications 3-5+ years experience selling to English state schools (or in the edtech sector)

    Track record of exceeding quotas of £400k+ per yearExperience generating pipeline (someone who has worked as an SDR at some point or pipeline generating AE would be a great fit)An excellent communicatorAbility to build rapport over the phone and in personA tenacious attitude with a drive to succeedEnergy and creativity:
