We are currently recruiting for a talented customer service assistant / Team Member to work at our Apollo Bingo Club in Rhyl.

You will need to be friendly, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service and standards.

The Role

Entertain and engage our customers on stage
Have fun embrace our 'never a dull moment' strapline
Provide World Class Customer Service
Call numbers (This includes main stage bingo and interval bingo)
Meeting and greeting Customers
Providing help and assistance to customers
Selling Bingo Books/packages
Giving change
Providing customer service on the bingo hall floor
Ensuring all fruit machines are kept clean and presentable
Serving/preparing food and beverages
A willingness to call bingo once you have been fully trained in this area
Any other duties to support the smooth running of the Club

The Person

Customer service experience (ideally in bingo or in the hospitality/entertainment industry)
Good communication skills
Cash handling experience
Experience of working with food and beverages (preferred)
A good work ethos:
Are you happy to help out and go the extra mile
Punctual
Hard working
And have a smart appearance

The Pay and Hours

This is a
permanent position for 16 to 20 hours per week, to be agreed at interview, with a minimum rate of pay of £10.42 per hour.

This role is for evenings including weekends working between 5pm and 10pm. Actual working days and hours to be determined at interview

From £10.42 per hour
