CycleHub.Org is looking to appoint a Receptionist to enhance customer and client engagement across the organisation while ensuring a strong front-of-house presence for our retail and leisure departments.Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for the public, ensuring prompt and efficient communications across the organisation
- Answer incoming telephone calls, emails, and social media messages in a professional and timely manner
- Greet customers and clients with a welcoming and friendly demeanor, directing them to the appropriate team members
