Job description
We are a group of companies operating in the nursery, care home and the property sectors.

We require a financial controller and admin supervisor


The Role

  • General bookkeeping
  • Financial statements and fees calculations
  • Monthly payroll completion (checking of staff hours, etc)
  • Processing invoices
  • Credit control
  • Ensuring company contracts are best value and company is compliant with relevent
legislature

  • Completion of handson tasks
  • Working on own initiative to meet deadlines and confidently communicating with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority

The Person

  • A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a finance function
  • Able to work in a standalone mandate without needing daytoday support or guidance
  • Preferable to have worked in a nursery and care home finance environment
  • Ideally experience of working directly in an SME environment or supported SME organisations
  • A knowledge of Sage would ba an advantage
  • Able to work in a demanding, rapidly evolving environment
