Description

Are you a trainee HR/L&D professional looking for your next exciting career move? As L&D Coordinator at Jensten, you will support the development and implementation of learning and development strategies and training for the Group.

Together, you will help to improve the knowledge, skills, and competence of our workforce.

_ What will you be doing?_

You will partner with HR Business Partners in understanding the L&D strategy and focus, as well as with internal and external stakeholders to build and schedule training courses or sessions.
You will also take ownership of the Jensten professional qualification and apprenticeships programmes.
You will be the point of referral and contact for employee queries with regards to learning and development.
