Senior Site Manager - Residential Development - Up to £90,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Potensis Selection are working with a leading developer who are looking to expand their Construction team in the Oxford area, especially covering new high-value and apartment-led developments.

This developer is renowned for quality and design, and has strongfinancial backing.

The role will include working to set up projects, and manage the project team from inception through to completion and handover.

A major part of the role is ensuring that projects are delivered on both schedule and budget.

Responsibilities will include ensuring that Site Managers adhere to build programmes, and overseeing the commitment to Health & Safety on site.

Other responsibilities will include:

Helping to appoint an appropriate team of subcontractors to carry out the delivery phases of the project, and manage them throughout the process.
Ensuring that your project is completed efficiently and within a manageable time frame, by arranging regular progress reports, and compiling information from internal teams.
Monitor site performance in line with the build programme and address any issues causing delays.
Effectively manage the site management team and ensure they are fully resourced with clear guidelines of their own responsibilities whilst providing full support to achieve their deadlines as well as providing effective communication, training and development.

Our client is ideally looking for an individual with experience overseeing the construction of complex Residential or Mixed-Use Developments and is ready to take on a new and prestigious development.

This experience can be as either a Senior Site Manageror Project Manager, preferably with either a dedicated Residential Developer or Main Contractor.
