We are a 7 Partner Practice caring for 17,200 patients seeking a confident, strong, motivated and caring Medical Receptionist to join our Reception Team.

This post requires efficiency in the administration of all related processes, for example managing appointments, tasks, eConsultations, greeting and signposting patients.

The post holder has a major impact in promoting the positive image of the Practice to patients and other visitors and will need to pay particular attention to the needs of a multi-cultural and diverse population.

SystmOne clinical system knowledge is an advantage but not essential as training will be given.
