Description
The role:
- Line manager supervision of the team, tracking all aspects of performance and ensuring the appropriate level of resource is maintained.
- Reviewing and prioritising tasks in line with SLAs using our workflow management tool.
- Subject matter expert on all tasks assigned to the team, ensuring best practice is documented and followed at all times
- Ensure the delivery of high quality, responsive and efficient customer service.
- Assist with the recruitment process including onboarding, training, and developing all staff using individual career paths supported by 121s and coaching.
- Work collaboratively with Office Services and other business support teams.
- Promote the service offering, building effective stakeholder relationships and seeking out new work opportunities where appropriate.
- Adheres to the firm's risk and compliance policies and procedures and raises any issues or queries promptly.
- Two years' experience (or equivalent) gained within a comparable environment and at an appropriate supervisory level
- Willingness to work flexibly to meet client needs
- Proven experience of exemplary customer service
- Comfortable with change and able to drive new initiatives whilst engaging and supporting the team
- Experience of prioritising a substantial and diverse workload within strict deadlines desirable
- Solutionsfocussed approach
- Demonstrable commitment to exceeding expectations and goals
- Able to communicate professionally and effectively at all levels
- Competent use of Microsoft Office
