Position Title:
Legal Trainer


Position Type:
Temporary - 3 month contract


Purpose of the role - how it adds value
To plan, organise and deliver training to support implementation of new process software at a key customer. To liaise with stakeholders to deliver engaging virtual training.


Main responsibilities of the role:


  • To work with the designated customer contacts to plan and agree the training methodology, providing details of different training solutions and agreeing content and structure prior to delivering training
  • To deliver high quality training to a range of end users.
  • To provide feedback on training and customer perceptions to relevant colleagues in a timely manner.
  • To collaborate closely with internal colleagues from all relevant departments, including but not limited to Technology, Training and key Project Stakeholders

Competencies and Skills

_ You must have:

  • A proven ability to deliver training with the ability to communicate complex ideas to any audience
  • The ability to adapt training to different audiences as required
  • A proven ability to deliver training remotely
  • A proven ability to selfmotivate (selflearning, no need for micromanaging)
  • The ability to work from home
  • A proven history of collaboration with internal stakeholders/team member/peers
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A proven ability to develop, foster and maintain key relationships with customers

  • A confident, enthusiastic, motivated and innovative individual
  • Able to manage your own diary and employ good time management skills

  • Legal training/knowledge of legal market
