Engineering Business Analyst

Contract Position based at:
Gaydon
**Rate:
- up to £30.22/hr Ltd umbrella**
Position
This role supports the function of Engineering Test Delivery within Engineering Build and Test Operations.

With business wide exposure, this role will provide an excellent customer experience to internal customers and external suppliers and partners.

Projects will be varied and can be from physical infrastructure investment and delivery to business process analysis and improvement. Requirements to use business specific systems and toolsets with all training available.


Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Understanding of technology developments and stay up to date through research
  • Strong stakeholder management skills including clear communication written / verbal
  • Good organisation skills and use of productivity tools to display and progress work packages within wider project portfolios
  • Experience of collaboration cross functional team working
  • Experience of identifying business improvements and recommending a case for change, including use of supporting data
  • Ability to work accurately and against fixed timing deadlines requires work to be planned and prioritised.
  • Able to accurately analyse and interpret data
  • Strong stakeholder management skills including clear communication written / verbal
  • Good MS Office suite: Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred:

Understanding of Engineering test activities, methods, and locations.

Experience of Agile methodologies and toolsets (Kanban, JIRA, etc)

Exposure within business change delivery initiatives
