Description

This post will be focused on processing Penalty Fines for unauthorised holidays in term time and will work alongside the current administrator.


  • Check and process invoices for payment, ensuring that they are recorded on the appropriate system.
  • Maintain complex data and record systems, for pupil management and transport, identifying and obtaining missing information where necessary
  • Manage administrative procedures relating to DBS, health and safety and contract management
Liaison with social care teams with regard to travel support for children looked after

  • Attend meetings, take and prepare minutes.
  • Awareness of Data Protection issues, including data protection administration as required.
  • To contribute to the planning, creation, development, implementation
and operation of procedures and processes which allow effective liaison

with external contractors.

  • Contribute to the overall ethos/work/objectives of the division, directorate and council.
To participate in a Performance Review and Development meeting and undertake a plan of training where necessary. Develop his/her own skills and expertise in a professional manner.


In addition to all the responsibilities listed above, all employees must be flexible in their approach and undertake other duties that are commensurate with post holder's level, wherever they may be, to achieve the objectives of the Directorate.

must have Experience of using excel and other IT systems to a high level

would be ideal to have experience and knowledge of Synergy, which is Dudley's education information management system.
