An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Static Security Officer to join Kingdom Services Group Ltd, working at the Port facility in the Invergordon IV18 area.
Shifts:
On average hours per week, 4 On 4 Off Day, Night & Weekend shifts as per site rota am pm / 17.00 pm am.
Will be required to cover colleagues annual leave.Pay Rate:
£10.90 per hour.
Person specification:
To be considered for this position, you will need:
- A valid SIA Licence; valid CCTV licence.
- A full five year checkable employment history;
- Industry experience and background;
Willingness to be flexible in working hours;
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication;
- Able to produce effective reports and maintain effective records;
- Customer focused;
- An enthusiastic, selfmotivated and flexible approach;
- Ability to work in a team, but also on own initiative;
- Enthusiastic and willing to develop new skills;

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Invergordon Service Base.
As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for the port facility, ensuring compliance with the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code.
You will be responsible for conducting security patrols, inspecting premises, checking access controls, and responding to security incidents.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the port facility, inspecting premises, checking access controls, and monitoring for potential security risks.
- Monitor CCTV systems to identify and address suspicious activities.
- Engage with individuals entering or leaving the port facility to verify their identity and purpose of visit.
- Conduct detailed searches of vehicles and persons entering or leaving the port facility.
- Respond to security incidents, including thefts, vandalism, and unauthorised access, taking appropriate action to secure the scene and report the incident to the appropriate authorities.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents, access control logs, and other relevant information.
- Assist with the implementation and enforcement of security policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and legislation.
