An exciting new opportunity for an accounts payable/ purchase ledger clerk Manager to join a great team and be able to help with the transnational finance duties.

My client is well established brand based in North West London they looking for a progressive hardworking individual to join their finance team.


Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Processing invoices
  • Tracking purchase orders
  • Day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
  • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
  • Responsible for keeping uptodate records of company purchases and organising account statements that will help facilitate financial reports like profit margins.
  • Must have multicurrency experience

Profile

  • Experience working in the AP function
  • Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping.
  • Experience with Microsoft
  • Sage, Oracle or Navision experience is beneficial.
