Agile PMO Lead - London, United Kingdom - Doxy Telemedicine
Description
Agile Programme Manager (PMO Lead)
Who We Are:
We're (doc-see-me), the world's most widely used telemedicine platform. We're on a mission to connect the world to the future of healthcare.
Whilst completing his PhD, our founder, Brandon Welch, struggled to find an appropriate telemedicine platform that didn't involve a complex sign up/install journey, was cost effective whilst also being HIPAA compliant.
By blending innovative technology and world-class design, we can enhance the patient-provider experience and extend the reach of healthcare to everyone on earth.
We're seeking an
Agile Programme Manager to lead our agile efforts and be both a champion of change, and a trusted advisor, to the technology and product leadership team by providing constructive oversight and advocacy.
What You'll Do:
- Be responsible for developing and implementing agile programme management standards that are in line with the company's goals and objectives
- Be a trusted advisor to leadership by creating transparency over capacity, portfolio and strategic planning for Product and Technology initiatives
- Report on project performance to senior management and stakeholders
- Enable and coach Engineering Managers to be accountable for operational tasks like backlog, release and iteration planning
- Collaboratively ensure that projects are delivered on time, and to the desired quality.
- Provide coaching or training for teams in relevant principles of agile where needed, whilst giving the teams the flexibility to interpret and execute practices on their own
- Continuously improve the Agile PMO processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure that they meet the changing needs of the organisation, and where needed, learning from industry best practices to optimise what we do
About You:
- You've a track record of helping transform agile teams by creating effective team operating rhythms
- You know how to report up to executives by creating a view of where we are, programme health and other key operating objectives without undermining the agile processes
- You understand how to extract what's important and what's not from the operating data
- You operate with a collaborative style that seeks inclusiveness, knowledge sharing, and transparency
- You possess the ability to clearly express yourself without compromise, whilst summarising complex data in a clear and concise manner
