As a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:


  • Providing essential support in a specialist resource provision at a mainstream school.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborating with teachers and the school's SENCO to develop personalized learning plans.
  • Offering oneonone assistance and promoting students' social and emotional growth.

  • Possess a deep understanding of various special educational needs, including PMLD, SEMH, ASC, ADHD, or challenging behavior.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
