Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
  • Assist in bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or other computerized accounting systems
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist in organizing company events or meetings
  • Provide general clerical support to the team
  • Utilize Google Suite or similar tools for document creation, editing, and sharing

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification

£8.44-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
