Pay Rate:
Negotiable, depending on experience.


Hours: 37.5hrs per week, hybrid working available once full training completed.

You will be part of the fantastic Zebra manufacturing team working to produce labels, tags and wristbands used in multiple industries.

You will be operating various converting machines.


Responsibilities:


Some of your duties will include:

  • Dealing with customer complaints for supplies products to resolution.
  • After training, have a technical understanding of supplies products and manufacturing.
  • After training, conduct print testing to verify supplies complaints.
  • Effectively communicates the technicalities of supplies product complaints.
  • Initiates progression of cases to satisfactory resolution in a timely manner.
  • Communicates effectively with internal and external customers through multiple means.
  • Identifies potential cases with a significant impact that require immediate corrective action.
  • Responsible for supplies complaint analysis.
  • Understanding of costs.
  • Responsible for cost of poor quality (COPQ) analysis.
  • Works collaboratively with multiple departments.
  • After training, conducting internal audits.
  • Participating in external audits.
  • Conducting spot checks in manufacturing.
  • Visit other Zebra sites.
  • Regularly participates in training and selfdevelopment.

Qualifications:


  • Prior experience of technical customer service is desirable.
  • Able to effectively liaise with customers.
  • Keen to selflearn and develop skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal business communications skills.
  • Very strong attention to detail, analytical and organisational skills essential.
  • Highly organized, agile with excellent time management skills to thrive in a past faced environment.
  • Must feel confident working in a dynamic environment where priorities continually change.
  • Embraces and fully utilizes new tools and technology.
  • Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Solid professional work behaviours such as attendance, time management, teamwork.
  • Knowledge of MS Office products. Proficient in excel, outlook, word and internet research.
  • Customer first orientated.
  • Able to work using own initiative.
  • Good decisionmaking skills.
  • Able to problem solve.
  • Good interpersonal skills to deal with our stakeholders from shop floor staff, managers, partners, etc.
