Accounts Payable Assistant, £20,000-£25,000, Hybrid; Basingstoke

We are looking for driven finance professionals, with 1-2 years of experience in finance who are looking to build a long-term career in finance.


The key duties involved in the Accounts Payable Assistant, role are as follows

  • Processing high volumes of invoices.
  • Processing expenses.
  • Reconciling bank & supplier statements.
  • Assisting with payment runs
  • Assist with general ledger
  • Working with external stakeholders, escalating issues if required
  • Ownership of the inbox.
