Description
An award winning consultancy heavily involved in Sustainability are looking to add a Senior Building Physics to their team. My client offers a unique opportunity to work on large, high profile projects based in London and South east.

The Role

  • Lead one of our Building Physics teams, develop individuals to help them fulfil their potential.
  • Manage using a coaching and collaborative style of management.
  • Conduct building physics analysis using software tools to evaluate building performance in terms of energy efficiency, thermal comfort, indoor air quality, and daylight.
  • Assist in the development of sustainability strategies, energy and environmental performance targets, and lowcarbon design solutions
  • Work with design teams on range of innovative and high profile developments.
  • Manage Key Client Accounts, developing longterm and constructive relationships
  • Expand our client offering into new and exciting areas of building physics.
  • Over 3years' experience of working within the built environment.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Building Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficiency in the use of software tools such as IES VE
  • Experience in the design of HVAC systems and familiarity with building services engineering would be an advantage
