Description
Part Time PA/ Office Admin

We are looking for someone to provide business, secretarial and administrative support.


Duties will include:
Answering calls and handling queries in the office

Liaising with clients and lenders.

Collating information and documents.

Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the business in order to establish priorities and manage expectations.

Looking at creative ways to support the business and the director.

Mortgage and general administration.

Data input.

Diary management for the director.

Phoning clients and making appointments.


Preferred Skills:
Customer service

Experienced with CRM systems, excel, word

Organisation and time management skills

Ability to prioritise workload

Written communication skills

Discretion and confidentiality

Hours - approx. 12 with scope to increase in the future.
