Description
A great opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager to join our established residential lettings team in Bridgfords: Manchester City Centre.
As Team Manager, you will effectively lead and manage a team of Senior Property Manager (s) and Property Managers to successfully look after a portfolio of properties and customers.
Proactively assisting the Head of Property Management in the day to day runningof the center and in achieving objectives and company goals.
Being passionate about your team and our customers is essential.Enjoying leading by example in building internal partnerships and delivering a first-class service, inspiring your team to keep customers at the heart of their day.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: -:
- Managing and leading your team to ensure providing a great customer service and maximizing customer retention
- Creating a team environment that is fun and productive where colleagues support each other to achieve individual, team and company goals
- Engaging in and encouraging your team to develop excellent relationships with local branch colleagues
- Overseeing, supporting and advising on maintenance works, end of tenancy deposits, safety certification and compliance, and having a sound knowledge of housing legislation and regulations
- Overseeing training, development, coaching and performance management of your team to get great results
- Monitoring and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
What skills and experience are we looking for:
- Dynamic team player and motivational team manager
- A minimum of 2 years in a Property Managers role and experience as a Senior Property Manager
- Naturally resilient, driven and customercentric with a cando attitude
- Thorough understanding of lettings industry legislation
