Role Overview
We are looking for a Team Leader responsible for the management of the Sevice Charge & Client Accounting finance functions for one of our flagship clients, Battersea Power Station.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operations of the business support finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
- Lead point of contact for Client and Savills for all Service charge and onsite financial relates matters.
- Active role within the Senior Leadership Team. Providing reports, data analysis to support the Client, Savills Team and General Manager for strategic and operational decisions.
- Involvement in the preparation of short term and 5 year business plan.
- Responsible for all expenditure reporting oversight of the service charge, reserves and projects reporting/accounting.
- Reporting to Client and Savills (standard and client specific reporting) ensuring all SLA's and KPI's are adhered to.
- Review of and development of processes and procedures.
- Lead point of contact with Development set up Team.
- Responsible for monthly/quarterly reporting
- Managing the relationship with auditors in connection with company and service charge accounts.
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required

Team Overview
The team is split in two; the Client Accounting team (focused mainly on income streams and client monies) is based at Head Office and is required to be onsite once a week and the service Charge team (focused mainly on expenditure and budget management) are based onsite and required to go to Head Office as and when required.
As an element of this role is onsite, the team is required to work directly with the operational team to ensure the process is running smoothly from beginning to end from a finance perspective.
