ROLE:

We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our team. Someone who can take the lead on the design side of projects.

Deliver great work, be an inspiration to the other team members and provide guidance to more junior members of staff.

We are currently in an exciting stage with lots of new work coming in from new clients.

We create brand experience, which can mean anything from a banner to a multi-market cross channel campaign and anything in between.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You are an experienced senior designer who gets out of bed to create great work and is happy to share ideas and inspire others.

You will be working across a range of clients. Both B2B and B2C work, across technology, finance, sport, communication and more.

You have a throughout understanding of digital channels, but also familiar with print design and happy to jump on a story board for a video or animation.

You'll be able to take briefs from concept to final design.

You'll have experience working in a creative agency and have a broad experience that includes multi-channel campaigns, guidelines, branding, story boards, websites and more.

You'll have a pro-active can-do attitude, a team player, happy to jump on more day-to-day design work as well as giving it your all on more the challenging ones and pitches.

EXPERIENCE:

Inspire, nurture and support others within the creative team
Have a positive cando attitude

- (Some) experience mentoring / overseeing other designers.

Happy to push the creative boundaries as and when the opportunity occurs
Happy to jump on daytoday work as and when needed
Fluent in relevant software
Briefing 3rd party suppliers like illustrators, photographers etc.
Liaise with client services, design, and production to ensure quality of service and product
Assisting Senior creative members of the team when needed
