Our client is a well known FMCG company and manufacturer and they are looking for a
Reward Manager to join their team

As the Reward Manager you'll be responsible for all reward processes across the company including - benchmarking, benefits management, job valuation, compliance reporting and much more You will also be a key contact for internal and external stakeholders,liaising with both the People team and benefits providers at various levels of seniority.

**Key Responsibilities:
- Complete benchmarking exercises; analysing and evaluating market trends

- Be responsible for full benefits management

- Working alongside the People team to ensure reward programmes are used effectively to drive employee engagement

- Management of job evaluation, annual salary reviews, bonus scheme
**- Compliance reporting i.e. gender pay gap

  • Review and develop benefit schemes inc. pension
  • Managing supplier relationships and contracts
  • Reviewing, writing and amending policies**
  • Develop T&Cs, employee handbooks and other contractual documentAbout You
**To thrive in this role you will need to have: - Experience in a busy HR department, ideally in a FMCG manufacturing environment.

  • In depth Reward experience covering all aspects of Reward management.
  • A deep understanding of best practice Reward tools & strategies
  • Experience in managing complex Reward issues and best practice
  • Good relationship and rapport building skills with internal and external contacts at any level
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to communicate technical Reward information clearly & concisely
This is a permanent position with the option to work full time or part time (4 days per week). This is a hybrid role but you must be available to travel on-site to Hertfordshire each week.
