Our client is a well known FMCG company and manufacturer and they are looking for aReward Manager to join their team
As the Reward Manager you'll be responsible for all reward processes across the company including - benchmarking, benefits management, job valuation, compliance reporting and much more You will also be a key contact for internal and external stakeholders,liaising with both the People team and benefits providers at various levels of seniority.
**Key Responsibilities:- Complete benchmarking exercises; analysing and evaluating market trends
- Be responsible for full benefits management
- Working alongside the People team to ensure reward programmes are used effectively to drive employee engagement
- Management of job evaluation, annual salary reviews, bonus scheme
**- Compliance reporting i.e. gender pay gap
- Review and develop benefit schemes inc. pension
- Managing supplier relationships and contracts
- Reviewing, writing and amending policies**
- Develop T&Cs, employee handbooks and other contractual documentAbout You
- In depth Reward experience covering all aspects of Reward management.
- A deep understanding of best practice Reward tools & strategies
- Experience in managing complex Reward issues and best practice
- Good relationship and rapport building skills with internal and external contacts at any level
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to communicate technical Reward information clearly & concisely
