    We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver exceptional patient experience through the administration of our outpatient services.



    Key Responsibilities:



    • Ensure efficient and effective clinic operations, maintaining appropriate staffing levels and utilizing resources optimally.

    • Develop and implement procedures that meet departmental standards, liaising with other management groups as needed.

    • Maintain high-quality Outpatient Administration by analyzing performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective action where necessary.

    • Work closely with service leads to ensure Referral to Treatment targets are met, prioritizing patients based on chronology or clinical necessity.



    The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be proficient in using waiting lists and tracking reports to direct outpatient administrators. They should also have strong analytical skills, being able to identify trends in patient demographics and adjust processes accordingly.
