About our exciting opportunity
The role will be working within the Network Operations department.

The main aspects of the role will be coordinating our engineers, allocating workloads for customer connections, network faults and Bespoke connections, as well as raising permits.


Other duties are:

  • Allocating engineer resource
  • Knowledge of scheduling systems
  • Scheduling Network Faults
  • Updating Zendesk Tickets
  • Creating Geopal jobs and ensuring they are assigned to the correct engineer
  • Scheduling Network repairs
  • Reviewing aborts
  • Managing the workload of surveys
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Assisting our Streetworks Permit officer and reviewing Surveys
  • Good knowledge of red book needed

Your skills and experience

  • Experience in a telecoms role
  • Experience of scheduling engineers
  • Experience of raising permits
