APM's circa £38,000 - £47,000. PM's £50,000 - £70.000.

Cumbria / Manchester / Leeds / Hull

Construction Project and Programme Management, Facilities Management

Desirable Qualifications / Experience

Ex UK Armed Forces or Reservists

Experience of delivering capital projects, preferably in a consultancy environment

A familiarity with construction delivery processes including procurement, town planning and budget management

High quality communication, stakeholder management and problem solving skills

Degree-level education in project management, facilities management or engineering

Ideally a member of a professional body institute such as RICS, CIOB, APM or equivalent.
