Essential for this job:

Betty is looking for a
Female Team Leader to support her and team with her journey and next chapter in life, Betty has a longstanding team who know Betty very well and have a lot of passion to support her, Betty is very busy this year with planning her wedding so creativity, fun and being confident is key for her and her special day, whilst always having time for a nice cup of tea.

Betty is a strong advocate for beyond limits, and loves to participate in lots of activities, she will regularly attend job fairs and parties with beyond limit's, so someone to be involved with this is important, she loves to volunteer and do work for charities this is very meaningful to her, Betty is very sociable and enjoys a good catch up with friends and family and always has time for a cup of tea and a natter, Betty's family is very important to her, she visit's family regularly, and will always have a catch up over the phone or spend time together and go out for the day.

Betty loves to bake, participate in crafts and is well travelled and likes to go abroad with her partner and with her team, she has an eclectic taste in music which ranges from the 80's, Abba to Barry white, she loves a good pantomime, tv series and really values family time very much.

Betty is very independent and lives with her fiancé, so having someone who is thoughtful, respectful and will listen to her, remains calm when supporting her whilst being one step ahead and always thinking outside the box, able to read body language and read between the lines are key, structure and routine for Betty is really important so organisational skills forward thinking and use of technology are essential to help support Betty and the team within her next chapter, whilst building a strong relationship together along the way.
