  • Fixed term to 30th June 202
  • Corpus Christi Catholic Academy Trust wishes to appoint two Teaching Assistant Level 4s at All Saints Catholic College, to provide support for pupils in the classroom who require help to overcome barriers to learning.
  • The main duties of the role:
  • To work with groups of children under the supervision of the teacher including the delivery of programmes of work and implementation of ILPs
  • Organise and manage appropriate learning environment and resources
  • Within an agreed scheme, of supervision, contribute to the whole planning cycle, including preparing challenging teaching and learning objectives to evaluate and adjust lessons/work plans as appropriate
  • Implement agreed learning activities/teaching programmes, adjusting activities according to pupil responses/needs, including assessment
  • Have strong moral and ethical principles and values
  • Be able to adapt and respond appropriately to challenging situations
  • Be someone who is enthusiastic and motivated to challenge, inspire and motivate our students.
  • Be open to new ideas, committed to working as part of a team and of course have a good sense of humour
