Description

My client is a Wealthtech leader with global offices looking for a Client Services Account Manager.

They have €1.4 trillion assets under administration and offer fully integrated solutions for both Fund House and Distributors.

In this role you would:

Deal with client enquiries and escalations
Assist with presentations of operational services to prospective clients
Manage and deliver on a project basis the correct setup and availability of the Client's target Fund Universe
Cooperate with international colleagues and liaise with clients & 3rd party suppliers in a professional manner

They are looking for someone with a client focused attitude who is keen to deliver.

Requirements:

13 years of experience in a financial services role
Institutional Client Service experience
Understanding of operational areas which exist in a mutual fund platform
