The post holder will:
Support the Senior Procurement team to ensure that the portfolio of tasks/projects is planned, managed, and delivered effectively.
Support the Divisions in ensuring that all Commercial activities are conducted in a professional manner following appropriate legislative, policy and process guidelines.
Support teams to ensure that the portfolio of tasks/projects is planned, managed and delivered effectively.Support and inform the targeting of resources, monitoring spend, implementation and evaluation of the tasks/projects by providing high quality support including complex information and analysis, communications and stakeholder management.
Ensure accurate and open communication and co-ordination with a range of stakeholders, and external organisations and individuals, researching and drafting correspondence and papers and ensuring the management of specific tasks, lead reporting and analysis across a range of specialties, functions and projects.
Be a key member of the team as well as supporting effective communication and stakeholder management, both internally and externally.
Support the Procurement Team and our customers by completing simple enquiries and activities and working with the wider team on more complex queries and activities.
Provide administration support for key processes, meetings and events including appropriate reporting and filing of documentation.Assist in the drafting of documentation for tendering activity. Maintain intranet / website updates in line with policy
