Office Administration

  • Health & Safety
  • Fire Marshalls
  • Assist with office moves
  • Liaise with external providers
  • Maintenance contracts
  • Purchasing stationery, kitchen supplies and lunches
  • Overseas visitors
  • Prepare meeting rooms
  • Accommodation bookings
  • Internal & external events
  • Coordinate maintenance contracts and engineers
  • Report problems to building maintenance

HR Administration

  • Maintain HR records
  • Record holidays, sickness, maternity leave etc
  • Keep company policies uptodate
  • Liaise with external partners re compensation and benefits
  • Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information e.g. leavers/joiners
  • Participate in HR projects
  • Assist Recruitment Partner with market research and salary benchmarking

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in a busy office environment
  • Computer literacy using MS Office
  • Knowledge of office procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Professional, friendly, "cando" attitude
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures useful

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £24,000.00 per year
