A Bradford Secondary School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their team.

About The Role

Responsibilities include:

Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher
Ensuring that students continue with their learning by following the lesson plan provided
Maintaining a safe and orderly environment in the classroom
Monitoring and assessing students' work
Communicating with teachers and other staff members regarding students' progress and behaviour
Experience working in a Secondary School setting
Strong classroom management skills
The ability to maintain a positive and productive learning environment
A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young people
Strong organizational and communication skills
