Go Panda, a leading provider of bike sharing services, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Leader Driver to oversee hub operations and manage a team of drivers in our dynamic environment.

As a Leader Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our hub, including managing bike batteries, coordinating driver schedules, and addressing any operational issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee hub operations and ensure bike batteries are charged and ready for use.
• Manage driver schedules and ensure timely deployment of drivers.
• Respond promptly and effectively to accidents, incidents, or operational issues.
• Perform battery swaps for Lime bikes as per operational requirements.
• Ride bikes provided by Go Panda for operational tasks and hub management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with the management team to optimize operational processes.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and ability to effectively coordinate with team members.
• Availability to work from 1pm to 8pm, six days a week, including weekends.
• Ability to ride bikes and perform physical tasks as required.
• No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Must be proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Passion for sustainability and urban mobility is a plus.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
