Description
There is a temporary increase in the workload and the PSH is working on issuing the selective and additional licences on the 5-year scheme which ends in September 202- Attend meetings and take minutes as required

  • Log all service requests and acknowledge receipt
  • Act as first point of contact for internal and external service user queries across the PSH service area
  • Develop, review and produce standard letters and complex forms as required by the Team Manager and Principal Business Support Officer
  • Update leaflets, information literature, standard letters, notices, and proforma's reflecting changes as required by the Team Manager and Principal Business Support Officer
  • Carry out typing requests as appropriate
  • Sort, log and distribute post and redirect as necessary
  • Manage the mentor system
  • Bulk photocopying and printing duties
  • Undertake all administrative duties as required by the Team Manager and Principal Business & Technical Support Officer

Rate:
£18.76 Umbrella


Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 3 months

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£18.76 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

- business support: 1 year (preferred)
- local authority: 1 year (preferred)
