Business Technical Support Officer - Hackney, United Kingdom - Deekay Technical
Description
There is a temporary increase in the workload and the PSH is working on issuing the selective and additional licences on the 5-year scheme which ends in September 202- Attend meetings and take minutes as required- Log all service requests and acknowledge receipt
- Act as first point of contact for internal and external service user queries across the PSH service area
- Develop, review and produce standard letters and complex forms as required by the Team Manager and Principal Business Support Officer
- Update leaflets, information literature, standard letters, notices, and proforma's reflecting changes as required by the Team Manager and Principal Business Support Officer
- Carry out typing requests as appropriate
- Sort, log and distribute post and redirect as necessary
- Manage the mentor system
- Bulk photocopying and printing duties
- Undertake all administrative duties as required by the Team Manager and Principal Business & Technical Support Officer
Rate:
£18.76 Umbrella
