Summary


We are seeking a Technical Consultant to work in our Partner Enablement team, to support our partners and customers, helping to scope and implement document management projects for our Dynamics ISV and other ERP solutions.

In this position, you will work with various stakeholders such as our customers, internal resources and importantly - partners. You will need to help customers and partners implement our software efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.

You will also be training customers and partners in our software, helping them with advanced configurations and proactively working to improve the competency and engagement of our partners.

You will undertake technical tasks such as software installation, configuration, report building and interfacing with other systems. You will be responsible for maintaining tasks within resource budgets, managing deliverables to the schedule and keeping accurate records.

You will also be engaging proactively with partners, building relationships within their project teams and (alongside their Formpipe Account Manager) supporting their growth as a Formpipe Partner.


You will need to be confident and comfortable to adopt the responsibilities of a role that requires technical ability with our software, and as a proactive partner enablement team member.

Full training in our software will be provided.

As a member of the Partner Enablement Team, you will need to be passionate about customer service, demonstrate excellent communication, be willing to work across multiple workstreams and thrive in a supportive team environment.


Duties and Responsibilities.

  • Provide training and assistance to Formpipe Partners through onboarding, workshops and ongoing engagement.
  • Provide technical delivery and consultancy services with our partners on their customer projects
  • Sometimes act as a lead consultant for the delivery of our software, with a partner or occasionally directly with customers.
  • Act as the SME and technical resource for installation, configuration and interfacing
  • If required, assist with the Technical Support team with live customers on delivered projects.
  • Scope and discuss technical requirements with customers and other concerned parties
  • Deliver training to customers and partners using a standardised curriculum
  • Form development / building report templates for customers, acting as a champion of best practice
  • Provide and understand system architecture designs
  • Present technical architecture and solutions to a variety of stakeholders within the project
  • Create/Edit documentation or training materials (such as short 'how to' recordings) to maintain high standards of Best Practice.
  • Attend regular meetings with the customer and implementation partners to ensure project delivery is on track
  • Display flexibility and problemsolving skills
  • Nurture the partner (in particular, new partners) through key milestones such as SIT, UAT and golive
  • Occasional travel to customer/partner sites (Travel expectation is 10% or less)

Knowledge and Experience.


Essential:


  • Technically competent, with the ability and willingness to learn a new software solution.
  • Proactive mindset, able to identify opportunities and work independently to encourage and influence stakeholders.
  • Practical experience in defining user requirements and scope. Able to create internal and customerfacing solution documentation.
  • Experience working collaboratively with other team members to achieve deadlines.
  • Demonstrate an ability to problemsolve and collaborate with colleagues, customers and partners in order to resolve complex issues
  • Ability in sharing of knowledge with internal teams

Desirable:


  • Experience working with other ERP solutions or Core Banking platforms
  • Experience in delivering training
  • Creation and review of Functional Design Documents, or equivalent
  • Experience working on projects involving multiple vendors/partners
  • Experience in testing and defect resolution
  • Experience in creating standard documentation templates and user guides
  • Knowledge of document composition tools e.g. Lasernet, Bottomline Transform, etc.
