Description

We are looking for a part time barista to join our team
The minimum is 10-15 per week, with weekend availability.

We are a Cheltenham based specialty espresso bar built upon the principle of doing simple, well. Coffee is what we do. We are looking for someone to join our team, who shares the same passion for coffee as we do.

Your duties will include all barista procedures, opening and closing, till operations, and general all round coffee shop duties.

Before applying, please ensure that you are be available to work weekends.

Who you are:

Reliable and punctual
Ideally have experience working in specialty coffee or a similar environment
A keen interest in specialty coffee
Willingness to learn
Able to remain calm and work efficiently under pressure
Confident and outgoing personality
Genuinely enjoys talking to people
A strong attention to detail
Organised and tidy when working

Preferred but not essential:

Ability to dial in espresso and filter coffee
Ability to pour latte art
Experience working in specialty coffee
A good knowledge of specialty coffee
