My client has an opportunity in their national sales team for an experienced Strategic Sales Manager to sell their services within the South East region.


What they can offer you?
Permanent contract
Working Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week.
Between £40 - £55k basic per annum

Do you have knowledge of the Industrial/Manufactruring sector? Are you passionate about sales? Do you have the drive to exceed targets? Are you looking to gain and develop your professional and personal skills? Using your experience in sales and the Industrial sector your aim will be to grow their business and client base by promoting my clients services throughout the whole of the South East region.


What my client is looking for?
Sales focused, target driven with a get up and go attitude.

As a Strategic Sales Business Development Manager, you will have the drive and determination to grow and develop the client base.

You will have a positive impact to the team and work from the office 5 days per week.

You'll need to have recent management experience in recruitment and sales and also knowledge of the Industrial/manufacturing sectors within the recruitment industry.

Proven success in meeting SLA, KPI and GP targets and winning large contracts for the managed service division

You will also build relationships across my clients network to ensure the clients you convert are developed to their maximum potential by your colleagues.

Confidence to lead client meetings to achieve sales at Senior Management/ Director levels.


This is a fabulous opportunity for an ambitious Senior Salesperson that is seeking a senior role to work closely with my clients managed service division and the senior management team within the business.


To be successful in this role you must be an experienced Senior Recruiter/Sales Manager working in the Recruitment Industry and thrive on chasing and winning new business accounts.
