Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join RIS at the University of St Andrews. The Research Officer will be the central administrative contact for Research & Innovation Services. The post-holder will be responsible for developing and implementing streamlined office procedures and processes for the RIS Unit. The post holder will be responsible for dealing with general RIS queries.

The post holder will co-ordinate operational aspects of putting in place the timetable and plans working towards several key processes, including the University submission to REF.


Applications are particularly welcome from, people from the Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) community, and other protected characteristics who are under-represented in professional posts at the University.


This post will primarily be based at the Eden Campus at Guardbridge, a state-of-the-art working environment for professional services units, but will require working flexibly across locations, including in St Andrews.

The University has a new Hybrid Working Policy, which sets out its approach to staff working from home or remotely.
