Description
We're looking for a Senior Administrator to join our Highways team based in Brackley, Northamptonshire to provide an effective and efficient administration service.

Location:
Brackley, Northamptonshire - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Contract:
Permanent - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know
Salary:
£30k FTE
Responsibilities
As a Senior Administrator you'll provide effective cost management and reports within tight deadlines
Your day to day will include:
- Logistical & low value procurement (materials, plant & labour) via Causeway orders & purchase cards.
- Receipting of goods & services into Causeway via goods received notes/timesheets.
- Production of plant, material & labour (if applicable) returns.
- Weekly cost production (if applicable).
- Manage on site Invoice holds and liaise with site teams and AP to resolve issues

- Experience in a similar role
- Great organisation skill and be able to prioritise workload
- Excellent IT skills
