We are looking to recruit a part time, 33 hours per week
Qualified Pharmacy dispenser / Qualified Counter assistant.

The role will involve working part-time on the counter and part time in the dispensary at our Stretford Road, Manchester branch.

We are looking for a professional, caring and enthusiastic person who will provide the best care to our customers at all times.


The Role

Responsibilities will include:

  • Management of the counter.
  • Taking in and handing out prescriptions.
  • Stock management and merchandising.
  • Selling over the counter medicines and providing patients with their healthcare needs.
  • Delivering excellent customer service.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the shop.

  • Hold a UK NVQ Counter Assistant qualification
  • Hold a UK NVQ dispensing qualification
  • Worked within a UK pharmacy

  • Attention to detail
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 33 per week


Salary:
£7.49-£10.70 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability

Experience:


  • Pharmacy: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • NVQ dispensing qualification (required)
  • Pharmacy Counter assistant qualification (required)
