Salary: Band 4 - £12.86 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - 3 days a week in the office
Location: Belfast
Duration: 3-6 months
Job Summary:
The equip Programme is a significant regional transformation initiative. It aims to procure and implement new systems for Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Human Resources, Pay, and Travel Management.
The Project Administrator will offer administrative support to the equip Programme team, ensuring the efficient and high-quality delivery of the Programme.
The ideal candidate will value teamwork, continuous improvement, and innovation, with strong prioritization skills.
Qualifications/Experience:
Essential:
- GCSE Mathematics & English (Grades A- C) OR equivalent qualification demonstrating literacy and numeracy OR Higher qualification AND 2 x A Levels or equivalent OR Higher qualification AND at least 18 months admin / clerical experience or equivalent involving information extraction and collation from computerized systems
OR
- 3 years admin / clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point
