Description

We are looking for a 3rd Line Engineer to handle escalated support requests within a Bristol based IT company.

This job will provide a package of:

Up to
£45k salary depending on experience:
32 days holiday which will increase yearly
Private medical insurance

Who are we looking for:

Someone who has experience in working within an MSP:

Someone who can provide advance remote troubleshooting, hardware maintenance and support
A team player who can mentor Junior colleagues
Someone able to identify improvement opportunities and detect security issues
A friendly, quick thinking personality
An organised person, able to learn our ticketing Helpdesk system and maintain client documentation

What skills are a must:

Minimum
8 Years Previous Technical Support Experience:

-
Networking:

Routers, Switches, VLANS, Firewalls and other networking aspects.
Windows Server Knowledge / Hyper-V Virtualisation including installation, maintenance and repair
Advanced
diagnosis skills of technical issues related of enduser hardware & software and network devices
Good knowledge Microsoft / Office 36
Good Understanding of
Cyber Security

Advanced understanding of support tools, techniques and how technology is used to provide services
Advanced diagnosis skills of technical issues related of enduser hardware & software and network devices
