As we continue to evolve, we are now seeking a highly motivated, proactive and customer service focused individual to join our dynamic finance team.


In this pivotal role, you will help to support our diverse operations, spanning three sites - Park End Street, Hythe Bridge Street, and Egrove Park in Kennington.

As part of an organisation that anticipates to generate income of £70m, you will play an essential part in shaping our financial future and driving process improvements across the board.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the supplier setup process and ensure efficient purchasing procedures
  • Establish effective relationships across all departments, providing advice and training as required
  • Propose and implement process improvements
  • Manage purchase orders, receipting for Finance and other areas of the business
  • Deputise for the Accounts Payable Manager as necessary
  • Ensure supplier invoices are processed correctly and promptly
  • Conduct reviews of expense claims and credit card purchases
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
  • Provide training to new starters, including departmental managers and faculty
  • Ensure action and full reconciliation of recharges from control accounts
  • Undertake general office administration tasks and ad hoc duties as required
