Service Advisor required in Swansea
:

Starting salary is £12 per hour with access to a very rewarding bonus scheme on top + overtime:

41.5 hour week Monday to Friday with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings 8:00am-12:00pm paid at time and a half

Our client; a long-established multi-site franchise approved car dealership in Swansea and currently in the market to recruit and additional Service Advisor to work within their Service Department.

Working as part of a friendly team, as a Service Advisor you shall be responsible for the following:

Pre-picking parts ready for orders & collections
Working on the service desk when required
Ensure all customers are served in a professional and efficient manner to gain retention.
Upselling on service plans and off the back of vehicle health checks.
Maximise profitability in accordance with parts & service budgets
Invoice verification
To promote the sales of manufacturers parts and stimulate the parts business through workshop outlets achieving monthly sales targets

Starting salary is £12 per hour depending on experience & current earnings.
Access to an uncapped bonus scheme based of VHC & service plan upselling providing additional realistic earnings of £ per month
Overtime paid at time and a half rate.

22 days annual leave plus the 8 bank holidays.
