Looking for part-time employment - 22 hours over 3 days or 2.5 days

  • Excellent working knowledge of
    Salesforce CRM:
  • Numerate, logical and organised with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Quick to learn new skills and to find improved ways of working
  • Articulate and effective communicator, with a friendly and approachable manner and the ability to build effective working relationships
  • Motivated, proactive and tenacious, able to organise and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
  • Effective team player with a handson, positive approach to supporting shared goals
  • Preparation of review packs ahead of client meetings, including clientspecific data and investment performance
  • Submission of business to central team for processing including lump sum investments, fund switches, cash withdrawals, policy surrenders and regular income payments
  • Composition and despatch of post review/fund switch letters to clients in line with strict compliance
  • Diary management
  • Liaising with product providers and other third parties to acquire additional information pertinent to investments
  • Coordination of annual Cyber Essentials audit
  • Organisation of client gifting
  • Collation of annual business expenses and other PA duties

£18,897.00 per year
