Short Description MBA are excited to be working with a best-in-class insurance company, assisting their search for a talented Mitigation Claims Handler.

Full Job Description
Previous experience within a Liability or Mitigation & Recoveries insurance position isn't essential, but would be extremely beneficial.

The Mitigation Claims Handler will be responsible for:Enter a dialogue directly with Third Parties & Local Authorities as needed.
Review files to ensure correct levels of site investigations ordered.
Enter a dialogue with the tree owner to get appropriate mitigation undertaken promptly.
Build & develop good working relationships
Follow process to carefully diary and escalate claims to ensure Service Level Agreements are met.

The Mitigation Claims Handler will need to have:Claims Handling Experience
Strong negotiation skills with prior experience within an insurance capacity
Personal Integrity - aligned with company values
Possess a true 'can do' attitude
An eagerness to learn and develop themselves.

Previous experience within a Liability or Mitigation & Recoveries insurance position isn't essential, but would be extremely beneficial.

Salary:
£21,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
