Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.

This is a full-time position based in our office.


Duties:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
  • Assist with general clerical duties such as filing and photocopying
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met

Skills:


  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong clerical and typing skills for accurate data entry
  • Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain customer records and files
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience is preferred

Job Type:
Temporary contract

Contract length: 3 months
