Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.
This is a full-time position based in our office.Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
- Assist with general clerical duties such as filing and photocopying
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong clerical and typing skills for accurate data entry
- Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills to maintain customer records and files
- Previous administrative or customer service experience is preferred
Job Type:
