The Analysts will sit within the Transaction Management Team which is responsible for handling activities in relation to the portfolio of corporate lending and debt capital market transactions.

Responsibilities:

Distributing transactionrelated reporting
Assisting transaction managers with deal party meeting coordination
Assisting transaction managers with the onboarding of new entities
Establishing new transaction bank accounts in conjunction with banking providers
Assisting with internal deal signing mechanics
Managing original transaction documentation
Maintaining key client contacts
Creating dealspecific calendar reminders
Preparing the contact information form ahead of any borrower initiative exercise
Providing exceptional service to stakeholders including dealing with internal and external queries
